1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the UI/UX and product design domain for the past 9-10 years of his experience and has worked on multiple industries already including FMCG, banking, e-commerce, telecom, and recently with Salesforce kind of applications; he also was exposed to AI, AR, and bit of photography and graphic design as well. On top of that, he has worked with development using HTML, CSS, Angular, and React and handled a team of 3-4 depending on the project requirement. Currently, he’s working with XXXX as a Product Designer where he’s responsible for deploying designs, testing designs, and work on requirements from the marketing, sales, or development team; they also do redesigns and come up with solutions for some problems and fixes. Before this, he was mostly UX/UI Designer, Lead Designer, and Product Designer for several different companies.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be product design itself; designing websites, also for mobile applications, AI, Augmented Reality applications, and such. For the tools and technology, he uses Figma mostly since it’s more aligned with product design, also using Visual Studio with AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and other design tools.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
All of his role for the past 10 years has been in the UI/UX design and product design as well so he’s well-versed in this area. He’s strong with both web and mobile platform design using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and is familiar with design principles, typography, color theory, and such. He also has solid 3 years of experience in the fintech and payment area, mostly working on solutions, since he has work on a bank before; lastly, he’s knowledgeable with Agile and Scrum environment.
