1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the industry for about 12 years now working on SaaS products, both for B2B and some B2C products as well. His first company was XXXX as a UX Manager where he developed and designed products for different platforms including mobile, tablet, and others. After that, he worked on a supply chain industry XXXX as a Lead UX Designer where he interacted with lots of customers, did some workshops with the customers, and reached out frequently with users and customers. Then after that, he was a UX Manager for XXXX where he established design directions, aligning user experiences with business goals, and designed a sales commission software as well during his time there. He is currently with XXXX as a Product Design Manager where he manages the product design team, responsible for end-to-end product design experience, and getting user feedbacks; majority of his role is bridging product managers, product designers, engineer, and reach out to other teams as well such as customer success and sales to understand the user’s pain points and expectations.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the UI front side since he started as a visual designer himself. On top of that, he also is great with managing people and leading a team, own particular modules of a specific product, and also user interface design.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
All of his role for the past 12 years has been in the UI/UX design and product design management. He is strong with designing in web, mobile, and other platforms and started using Adobe Creative Suite during the early years of his career then switched to Figma after that. He also has great knowledge and hands-on with design principles, color theory, typography, and such. Familiar with both Agile and Scrum environment; he is willing to learn more and adapt the fintech and payment solutions area if it’s needed.
