1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working as a Software Developer basically building websites for the past 6 years already. His main tech stack includes React.js for the frontend perspective and Node.js for the backend side. Just recently, he started venturing into Generative AI more on building RAG system and prompt engineering as well. He is currently a Software Engineer for XXXX where he has a couple of junior engineers that he mentors and guides, basically starting in dividing stories into tasks and assigning them to the developers and monitor the tasks as well. He also does code review and is currently working on a supply chain management application for one of their clients, they developed that one from scratch from the design, architecture, and various features such as RFI, QS, and other generic capabilities for a supply chain search.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be MERN stack technology, basically frontend, backend, and database management as well using React, Node, and MongoDB. He’s also been into GenAI for the past year now and has developed a couple of projects in it already; being into the IT space as well, he is very flexible and keen to learn any new technologies that are booming in the industry so he can adapt and use for his projects as well.
