1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has almost three years of experience in the software development majorly on the frontend side. He actually started as a UI/UX designer and gradually moved to full stack/frontend development and has completed three major projects already, mostly in React. He is currently with XXXX as a Software Engineer – Frontend Developer where he is responsible for coding, doing edits or modification, and code optimization as well. They are currently working on a US-based tutoring platform using ReactJS, API integrations, and such. He was with XXXX and XXXX initially as a UI/UX Designer and Developer as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be writing codes in a very straightforward way and that other developers can easily understand, including the flow and structure; has good communication skills with their clients and stakeholders as well. In terms of the tech stack, he’s good with React.js, Redux, also Node.js on top of HTML, CSS, PHP, and is currently learning Python. Also has a bit of experience in mobile application development using React Native.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has good experience with frontend development, starting as a designer and then later on doing development as well. He’s strong with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and has been using them for almost 3 years; also is proficient with React, has a bit of experience in Vue.js and Angular as well. He also has personal experience working on some crypto projects but not on a professional level.
