Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has 14+ years of experience in the IT Industry especially in Microsoft-related technologies. He is experienced as well in project management, mostly involved in design development and integration. He is currently working with XXXX as an Architect where he is working on a banking client that they converted from Monolith to microservices. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT Project Manager; he is the point of contact for their Shanghai branch. He also joined XXXX before as an IT Analyst where he was involved with backend development using SQL technologies. His first job was with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where they prepared a dynamic system for the company; he was involved here in the whole SDLC. For about 12 years, he worked in China but due to pandemic, he went back to India.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in the Microsoft technologies such as .Net Core, APIs, and microservices. He is also proficient with C# and is very good with managing teams including doing scrum meetings with them. Also has experience with ETL process, API Gateway, Redis, RabbitMQ.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 6+ years of experience in project management. Has experience in MS.Net, have used Dynamics 365 cloud system before but not much. Strong with SQL and .Net programming. Good with communication and great interpersonal skills.
