1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 14 years of experience now in the IT industry, started with software development and also the maintenance side. During the first years of his career, he was mostly a backend developer and very hands on with the development side of things. For the last 8 years, he has been into managing teams as a Team Lead and currently had an opportunity with XXXX as the Head of Engineering where he built teams of the organization from scratch including the engineering department consisting of frontend/backend engineers, mobile app developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, and such. On the tech stack side, he has worked on various technologies including Java for most of his career, along with Golang, Python for backend, and on the side of architecture, he’s proficient with product architectures, project cycle definition/prioritization, and just keeping the team involved healthy together as a Team Lead. Most of his experiences are coming from payments and e-commerce industry, has worked with order management systems, card design, and other related products.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be working on end-to-end product including managing the team, executing his hands-on experience with the product, defining the product from scratch, and deliver to the organization with best quality; he’s good basically from the first line of code to the mature level of the product up to deployment and maintenance. On top of that, he can also be involved with the recruitment and building up of teams, identifying people with the right skill set, and all.
