1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the semiconductor industry now for about 4 years and is currently working as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at XXXX. They mostly work on science and defense applications for many Indian companies. Also has worked on start-ups including incubator for new companies in which they are doing in their own fabrication on some prototyping and new processes. Before this, he found his interest in doing research and material science since he finished his Masters in Materials Science. He was with XXXX as a Junior Research Fellow wherein he did some research work in quantum dots involving nanofabrication and semiconductors.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be lithography since he was primarily involved in this area for his current role. He also did lots of design work and has developed some processes as well. Has experience with dry etching together with lithography. Rates himself a 4/5 in lithography and 3.5/5 in dry etching.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has around 6-7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Very strong with semiconductors and can give himself a 4-4.5 out of 5 rating in it. Has collaborated with process engineers based in different South East Asia regions so he has minimal experience and knowledge with their semicon industry but is still keen to learning and exploring more Asian markets semiconductor industry including China, Taiwan, HK, etc. They were a small fab so they are sometimes required to do some business development and face customer/clients as well. He has experience with explaining their products to customers, their limitations, how to work with design, and how to achieve deliverables. Although he is not directly involved in sales, he is confident with facing customers.
