1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is having a technical IT experience of almost 21 years now and his last role was with XXXX as an Executive Project Manager, mostly as a techno-functional, where he was handling two projects at a time; one which he handled directly and another one that he is only involved with. In total, he handled a maximum team of 30 people there using his main tech stack of Java, Visual Basic, Power Builder, and C++. For the past 13 years, he has been in the banking domain and has done these type of projects in his last company; they worked on a payment solution for XXXX where they handled both frontend and backend. Before this, he was acting as a Project Leader for XXXX and was more into the technical side rather than managerial. Before this, he was also a Principal Engineer and Team Lead for two different companies where he was also responsible for understanding business requirements and involved in the development of entire projects as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management as well as other relevant function such as program management. He is great in interacting with people, understand their issues easily, and provide resolution on time. For his tech stack and projects specialty, it will mostly be on Java and microservices, deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud so he also has experience with cloud-based applications.
