1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is working as a Project Manager for the Dynamics Business Center for the last 15 years in different capacities. He started off as a Consultant for different companies, mostly grooming his skills from role to role. He also worked with XXXX as a Lead Consultant where he worked with world certified partners in the enterprise area. After that, he had several Project Manager roles and is currently with XXXX as a Project Manager – BC where he is working with world certified partners in the enterprise side of things; he takes care of all the day-to-day activities of the dynamics implementation, also involved in various requirement gathering, scope management, preparation of the proposals, change requests, and distributing among different teams; on top of that, he prepares a detailed project plan, organizing project activities into manageable chunks, and try to find associated risks. After that, he’s also responsible for monitoring the completion of deliverables throughout the project cycle while meeting customer goals, formulating different improvement plans, and change requests. He’s currently handling the complete ERP implementation for XXXX, which is their US-based client.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his consulting experience since he had great exposure back then in consulting business central products; has worked on different domains as well including retail industry and business sectors which he has experience in implementation for both industries.
