He is currently working as a project manager in at XXX and for the last 15 years he is working in a banking, government, domestic and international projects for countries like Nepal, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, and India. He also said that for eight years, he work as a support and 7 years as a team lead. He said that he is mostly working on the banking domains and mostly work as a project manager. He is handling the project completely from implementation, rollout, training, IT infra handholding, data entry, production support time and managing a team or more than 150 people. He said that he is current managing 79 people which those are reporting with him on-site and offsite location. He is also managing multiple projects with multiple time zone scopes, updating the project state status with the stakeholder, tracking project with financial terms and cost up to the end project tracking for entitled to closures Risk Assessment part. Aside from that, he is also tasks to manage the weekly reports and project status report on daily basis which will collect and send the stakeholder management side, government status, and overall project status as well as the performance.

He is good when it comes to his project management skills and he can handle large number of people in a team. He is also good in using Jira, SharePoint, and with experience working using different types of ticketing tools.
