1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the project management space for about 11-15 years now and has experienced working in different geographies such as UK, Sweden, and US as well; domain expertise includes pharmaceutical, life science, and healthcare with big clients such as XXXX, XXXX, and other US-based companies. Currently, he’s a Senior Project Manager for XXXX where he’s managing a US-based account, it’s an operational management account where he’s in charge of it from the start of engagement, initial proposal, phase building, client discussions, and successful setting of the contract until transition phase and execution. He is handling a team across US and India. Previously, he was handling XXXX where he managed the major transition for 300+ applications, successfully transitioned one of the business functions for that company as well. Prior to that, he was mostly into software development where he was mostly doing enhancements projects, development, and delivery as well to customers. He also got an opportunity before to work in some major transformation and transition projects with their pharmaceutical clients in both UK and US. On top of his pharmaceutical and life science industry experience, he also has worked on the financial domain, retail, and entertainment.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be project management at this point; as well as stakeholder management and account management since these are most of his day-to-day functions for the past few years. He’s good with managing accounts, parameters, and basically service delivery management. He also has good exposure into contract management, budgeting, legal compliance, and such.
