1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has about 10 years of experience now as an IT professional. She is currently with XXXX as a Scrum Master handling bit of project manager activities as well. Her day-to-day includes attending daily stand-up meetings, check whatever blockers the developers are having, involving herself in risk mitigation plans as well on top of creating roadmaps for the team; also managing 4-5 scrum teams where she try to attend major stand-ups, discuss challenges with team members, and also work on the organization point of view such as delivery assurance things, audits, and relevant stuff. Before this, she was a Product Manager for XXXX where she also was involved with requirements gathering and creating technical and functional SFDs and BRDs. Was a French Analyst previously for two different companies where she was mostly involved with IT system implementations and product description reviews.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her skillset in being a Scrum Master since this is what she’s been doing heavily for the past 3+ years. She’s also knowledgeable with bit of project manager function and product management including requirement gathering, planning, risk mitigation, and project/product delivery in general.
