She has 15 years’ experience in Gulf News UAE’s leading publication press. she is a printing professional and worked with different organizations and worked with publishing press companies in Dubai and joined as a planning executive and she was responsible prestigious clients like local and international clients and worked with tech giants. She is also responsible for the delivery of the product and sending proposals.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her most important skills is she is a fast learner and she is also very disciplined and commercially aware and innovative. She is also self-critical and she overcame that by giving herself credit for her accomplishment.
- She also collaborated in production environment, procurement and she has also done ERP certified. For the last 15 years she worked on different roles and worked in the estimated and planning team and handled the team of commercial sales and they were a team of 6 and led team of 5 and handled the various products like Magazines and other printed products and was responsible for turning them around and communicates with the customers and assist with the complaints and product execution.
- During her tenure she makes sure that every KPI is achieved and she also creates reports and create plans for the sales.
5. Printing- One of the success she had started as a challenge as the printing industry is very competitive and during the pandemic they had a plan for a particular job due to the bottom mix of supply chain they couldn't get the material and they had to find a way to start the promotional work for the client and they were in the verge of the client cancelling the order and they found a way to turn it around and they could do 96 pages in one go. She offered the client a completely new type of product she designed it herself and she sold them her idea for promotional booklet, the product price was reduced to 15%. It was a win-win situation for them and the client. |
