He has an experience in testing for more than 10 years and he is currently working in India for the XXX research company as a lead test analyst. His day-to-day activities is with regards to testing and handles two things in the testing. He started his careers as a testing engineer and worked on a project based legal management for 4 years. In his current job, he handles all the manual testing related projects, creating test plans, does the maintenance, and help managing the automation testing.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He can consider himself as very strong in manual testing and rates himself 5 out of 5 for that. He fully understands the requirements and manage to create a plan and sending the requirements up to the testing. He also has some automation experience in the field and currently they are trying to implement a framework that is based on the cipher. Most of his experience in the field is dealing with the manual testing, it is 7 years to be specific and when it comes to automation, he has 1 year of experience and rates himself for his skills on that as 4 out of 5. When it comes to his project for manual testing, he does some out of the box testing to identify the things that needs to improve and to make sure the other functionalities will not get affected. They need to understand and dig deeper on how the user will be using the application.
