1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has worked for international markets including UK, US, Hong Kong, and China. Currently working with XXXX which is more on the BFS side. He is working remotely and sells their loans and technologies in UK; he’s also doing lots of cold calls in a day and interact with UK customers on a daily basis. Before this, he was working for XXXX Inc as a Business Development Manager where he worked in technology domain and are selling AI and ML technologies, infrastructure services, cloud kind of technologies, and they are selling in the UK market.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills and that he understands his customer very well by talking to them right. He knows what his customer needs and do research about them. He is also have very good listening skills and can sell his skills to his customers very well.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He has been with several different companies before where he did mostly sales and business development. Few of the companies he joined before was XXXX where he was a BusDev Manager, XXXX as a BusDev Manager as well, and his current company XXXX. In XXXX, he was worked with them twice and has managed teams there of approximately 10-15 people and have managed them both domestically, offshore and on site. He has raised the revenue for them and doubled the current figure for them before. In XXXX, he has worked for several projects. Currently on his company, he also has overachieved his targets.
