1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on blockchain and product development. Currently, she serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at XXXX, where she oversees two key companies. Her primary responsibility involves leading operations for SpinHub, an API-based platform she helped build from scratch. This platform offers digital wallet solutions, including exchange and virtual card issuance. Since joining in 2022, she has grown the product owner team from just a few to now 8-9 product owners and scaled the development team, which includes technical leads, systems, and marketing experts.
In addition, she is responsible for client interactions, ensuring customizable solutions for existing clients, and overseeing the revenue generated from operations. She also leads the software operations for Sonic, a virtual ATM network recently acquired by XXXX, where she has been managing product rollouts in various regions, including Italy, and Switzerland, and is now expanding into Spain and Germany.
Prior to this role, she spent three years in blockchain technology, where she helped set up an India center for a blockchain company, developing capabilities for business development, client acquisition, and project delivery. She was deeply involved in the blockchain community, recognized as a global thought leader, and worked on projects related to supply chains, NFTs, tokenization, and central bank collaboration.
In her previous roles, she has also worked as a solution architect, especially in Layer 1 blockchain networks.
