1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
She is currently working with XXXX as an Inside Sales Manager and also Customer Success Manager function where she is responsible on the technical stuff since they are a SaaS-based company. She also handles big clients as well as small clients when she started with her role here. Her daily responsibilities include making sure that their clients have whatever they need, liaising between the client and the IT team for lots of integration in the product. Previously, she was with a catering company called XXXX as a Customer Success Manager and also a Business Development Manager where she was involved with customer onboarding, relationship building, and also account management. She also was with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager & BDM where she handled procurement of Sponsors for XXXX and started her career before graduation with XXXX where she worked for XXXX 3rd Party Collections. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be on the customer success side since she started her career doing this along with business development. She is great with interacting and communicating with the clients to understand what they really need, making sure that the timelines adhere to the client’s requirements, and also she’s good in ensuring that everything goes smoothly for both ends.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 8 years of solid customer success management experience, along with business development and sales experience. She is currently working for a SaaS-based company and is working with a client in the petroleum/oil industry so she’s quite comfortable working in the energy/utility sector if ever. Involved with the deployment and implementation of SaaS solutions and works closely with the technical team and clients in meeting business requirements.
