1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
In his recent role, he works in wealth and relationship management, managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and their investments. He has been in this position for the past six months, focusing on managing client transactions and investments, particularly in his local area. Prior to this, he has over four years of experience in managing HNW clients.
His banking journey began in 2017, when he started in a client services role, later moving into a relationship manager position, where he handled portfolios, investments, Forex transactions, and remittances for clients. He continued in this capacity, building strong relationships with clients and managing their financial needs.
He later transitioned to another organization, where he took on the responsibility of managing portfolios for HNW clients, helping both the clients and the bank grow their portfolios. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to manage a wide range of clients and continues to build on his experience in the wealth management sector.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He would describe his strongest skills as retention and relationship building. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed highly escalation-prone clients. He takes pride in his ability to retain these clients, despite challenges, and has developed strong relationships with them. This skill in managing client expectations and resolving issues has been a key factor in his success, particularly in maintaining long-term client relationships across different banks.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He has successfully handled a team of five in a previous role due to his strong performance. He was promoted and entrusted with managing the team to achieve sales targets. In his current role as an assistant vice president, he continues to use his leadership skills to manage and guide his team effectively. While he has not yet had the opportunity to directly handle Forex in his current position, he is familiar with the basics of Forex trading and understands how profits can be made through leverage.
He is familiar with trading platforms, including MT5 and a few others like 5 PAISA, which is an Indian app. He is also comfortable using MS Office and other software tools that are essential for managing high-net-worth (HNW) clients and their portfolios.
