1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He graduated with a degree in Computer Applications in 2018. After completing his education, he began working in tech support. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he was laid off and faced difficulty finding stable work in the IT field. To support himself financially, he took on several odd jobs, such as temporary roles and freelance work, which allowed him to meet his financial commitments like bills and EMIs. While he was not particularly fond of these jobs, they kept him afloat until he found his next career path.
After this period, he transitioned into the IT field again and began an internship as a Security Analyst at XXXX, a cybersecurity company based in Ahmedabad, India. During his four-month internship, he gained invaluable hands-on experience supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC). His responsibilities included monitoring security events, handling authentication and authorization processes, and working on incident response. This role sharpened his skills in identifying and mitigating security threats, ensuring the organization’s data and systems remained secure. Additionally, he worked on implementing proactive measures to safeguard systems from potential vulnerabilities.
In February 2024, after leaving his customer support role, he committed to focusing on his career in IT, specifically looking for opportunities in junior-level system administration or cybersecurity roles. He has experience with various IT support functions, including helping users troubleshoot system issues and providing first- and second-level IT support.
