He is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at XXXX, where he provides technical assistance for Salesforce CRM, focusing on customizations, configurations, and issues related to data residency policies and GDPR. He has been with Salesforce for nearly seven years, having previously worked for Amazon and Google. At XXXX, he works primarily with clients in the EMEA region, conducting monthly training sessions and mentoring new team members. He has also been a subject matter expert on platform encryption and provides support related to it. Before XXXX, he worked with XXXX on a Google project, assisting Google with Salesforce CRM for Google Workspace and GCP.

He describes his strongest skills as being detail-oriented, soft-spoken, and focused. He takes great pride in his work, consistently approaching tasks with dignity. He is also eager to learn and continuously improve in his role.
