He has been in the IT Industry for about 11 years and started his career in XXXX as a Technical Lead. He mostly worked in banking and finance domain then worked on insurance industry as well with the same company. After XXXX, he joined XXXX as a Specialist SE where he also mostly handled banking/trade finance. Then transferred to XXXX as a Consultant where he worked on manufacturing domain. He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Technical Lead where he is more of like an individual contributor.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be software development and team leading. He mostly does budget calculation, allocation, and project requirement analysis for his team lead skills and is proficient with agile methodologies for his software development skills.

Has 11 years of experience been a software developer/team lead/individual contributor. He is proficient with COBOL and has used it mostly for his previous roles. He can also program Python and has attended programs in it. Good with OPC tools and IBM utilities.
