1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working as a program director in XXX which is located in Malaysia. The company handles the telecom businesses throughout the globe, and he handles the telecom business specifically in Southeast Asia regions. As a program director, one of his responsibilities is to handle the projects in Malaysia for 4 telecom operators and the primary responsibility they have is they need to deliver the billing solutions for these telco operators. They are the system integrators and get the billing solutions from other vendors then as a company, they have a background in doing the development in the platforms they have. They got the product from XXX then use that as a baseline then do the requirement gathering from the customers then based on the requirements, they will be doing the development in the Huawei billing software then deploy it in the sites of the customers. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   He said that his area of expertise is for the project management which performs multiple things like the end to end project delivery, management cost, and contract etc. He also added that he is quite comfortable with all of these areas especially with the risk. Rates his skills 4.5 out of 5 and with 4 years of experience

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has an experience in working on the XML. In his current organization they use it to design the bills of their customers because XML act as a source data to design the bill for their end customer for telco operators. Rates his skills 4 out of 5 and with 7 to 8 years of experience using it.
