With bachelor’s degree in computer science and after he graduated, he joined in the XXX company and start his career as a Salesforce developer. For the first 2 years, he worked as an admin then became a salesforce developer. After that, he joins in XXX India and after 2020, he is now currently working as an independent freelancer and since then, he has managed multiple and major projects on his own. Overall, he has 7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Since he mostly worked as a salesforce developer, he has a good knowledge when it comes to the architecture provided by salesforce such as the tools like Apex and SOQL. Other than these tools, he is also good HTML and JavaScript. He rates his skills for Apex 4 out of 5 and said that he has 3 to 4 years of experience doing it. Rate his skills in SOQL 4.5 out of 5 while in HTML and JavaScript 4 out of 5.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
Back then when he was working in XXX and XXX , he worked mostly with the other team leads and since 2020, he manages all the projects, so he needs to hire some developers which he manages himself. With Certification as a platform developer, system admin, and app builder which are related to salesforce as well
