- He’s currently working in XXX as Managing Director for ESG Data and Technology. He has a team with group members of 300, they covered ESG data across 11,000 public company globally. The task of the team was ensuring that all the data should be accurate and reach the requirement to power the ESG Ratings, ESG Reviews should be process on time and he has a research team that looks into the raw data collected and write a research analysis based on this 11,000 companies. His main role is to manage all the deliverables maintain quality, ensuring all the raw data should meet the business needs and done it on time and most of his team is based in Asia and some part of Europe and America.
- His strongest skills are in People and Operation management he rates himself 4 out 5, because for almost 15 years he is managing a global team, so he really needs to tied-up the different regions team together in able to deliver on singular goals because their company is working in data organization so they have a lot of employees and he needs to constantly communicate with them to reach their global goals and he also looks at operations and finding areas to bring their technology to help solving problems.
- For him to have an Effective ESG report, you need to ensure that you have the most recent data available and understand it well on how to use it to create your analysis, for example if you will look at the three pillars of ESG, you need to identify the relevant data for a certain project. Understand the impact on the organization in particular, like for example if you are a Fintech company there are some factors that you need to consider on doing ESG report so as in Retail and so on, so to have an effective ESG Report you need to know and understand your company’s need and background.
