He has been in the maritime industry for 25 years and spent the 15 years in the shipping industry and has been involved in SAAS and PAAS and headed the sales department of the regional area for the APAC region. He also had an MBA degree and headed the Business Development department. He was also a strategy consultant and headed the ESG company from America and the mentor for tech start-ups and is the master mentor as the chief commercial officer.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Sales and software solutions he is strong in working in new markets and in negotiations and he is also typically working in Sales, and he had also a good penal experience and high-performance growth experience and digital transformation and subscription setting and strong industry network and tech integration as well and CRM optimization as well.
- His first role in Canadian shipping firm is to create a headquarters and did artificial intelligence and he was responsible for the commercial growth and the business grew to 300% by a few years and the team also grew to 10 people and created a robust and solid 15 channel partners, he was also able to organize customer workshops and helped in product improvement for them.
4. He also basically in reducing the green house footprint of shipping companies and he helps them enter the shipping industry and he was also spearheading the environment part and helps in reducing the carbon footprint and also that helped them to become the market leaders, he also did introduce a technology in reducing carbon footprint which is 3d printing technology. He was also involved with digital transformation for some companies as the head of sales and he helped in reducing the process and worked with stakeholders to be a more environment. |
