- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 15 years of experience IT and mostly in Retail and Luxury retail and has worked in luxury French company for many years and he has worked with vendors/migrate a platform into their cloud and entire ecosystem, he basically did it for 3 countries like Singapore, Australia and Japan that uses Adobe. His responsibility includes Program Management, he manages budget risk and environment risk as well. He is also the technical architect; he was the architect for the whole APAC region, and he shares the technical ideas with the team and works closely with the team to make sure that expectations are being met with CRM.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Mostly on the functional side and luxury retail and CRM. He is also very much on SQL Server and Agile, Point of Sale Front-End. He is very good with communication and has experience with Jira and SharePoint.
- He has been providing the level 2 support for Singapore, Japan, and Australia, he is the main contact when providing the support and considered as the main contact for escalating problems or most known as the incident manager.
- Before Agile he was mainly focused on SDLC he was doing mixed module and not just Agile they were doing mostly all of everything when it comes to software development. His career started doing with SDLC.
5. He is very keen in working back on the Retail industry as he feels more comfortable working with Retail brands as that’s what he was doing with his previous jobs. He is a certified Scrum Master as well. |
