He has 15 years of experience in multiple roles and has IT support and Business Analyst and to Service Management and handled projects in the banking, aviation, financial security and then Infrastructure and Digital Applications and then he started working for HSBC and other start-up companies and worked with numerous eCommerce companies and some projects with Emirates and with Singapore and Bahrain companies. He also did product launches in UK, US and other European companies and did multiple and credit and collections and did customer reach out optimization and they send out reminders to the customers via Email and SMS.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong project and software management and both in infrastructure and transition manager and has shifted with Banking and Financial in US and Asia and did it for Bank of America, G Capital etc. He has also had a strong service delivery management in retail, banking, and eCommerce experience.
- He has been handling teams since 2012 and since it has been directly reporting from him and he has handled 30 people.
He had used Jira and Confluence and uses it for project planning and everything is done under Jira and Confluence. |
