- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She currently residing in Singapore and works as IT service manager and their company is basically owned food business and hospital and garments and she is looking after the IT incidents regarding the end-users and all the ID management and does the documentation of all the process and also worked for Singtel and worked as a Incident Manager and the role was the same but was more on the data centre and is doing end-user services.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is more incident management, chain management and did ITIL V4 certification as well. She also has experience in doing KPI management and reporting and generate monthly KPIs report and present it to the management.
- She was not inside the data centres and she more on the incidents sides and was managing all the incidents that are all related in IT and networking and all and more on firewall troubleshooting. She is not leading a team and doesn't have any experience with team.
- She was not part of the troubleshooting and more on incident and to close the incident from the support teams, the helpdesk team assigns the ticket to themselves they will work with her and start a bridge call with the team and all the stakeholders, and they'll discuss the impact of the incident, and everything will be discussed their and on how they can resolve the incidents as soon as possible.
She is using Jira service management for logging in ticket request she is also the admin of Jira and she create forms and configuration changes inside Jira she is also looking for the incidents. |
