- He is currently working in XXX as IT Technical Support and he is the subject matter expert on Software and hardware. He established reputation as sharp technology expert when working with customers to identify and deploy solutions. He supported almost 400 users, 30 of them are the VIP users. He supported their conference meeting, troubleshooting of peripherals and some software issues.
- He is strong in Hardware troubleshooting he even rates himself 4.5 out 5 because, he can understand the needs of both business and home users. He is versed in troubleshooting and desktop support on Windows, and Mac systems. He has a lot of experience in desktop assembly, changing monitors, installing OS, and managing administrative accounts in Active directory.
- One of his complex issue that he had experienced was the time when their Security team, created new policy and they re-joined the old domain so all the next morning, their users cannot log in to their computers so they investigated it and he suggested to eject the old domain and re-join their company domain and after doing that all their users can login now to their own stations.
