- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working as Project Manager and has 10 years of experience and has a strong database administration experience and she also worked with HP as IT Project Coordinator and has been in Singapore for 4 years now and she was helping project managers to help enhance the projects, it also involves applications upgrade she also has opportunity to handle a team of 8-10 people and they handle the services in maintaining the server like Windows and Linux. Currently she is working for a project of their local brand and does the system customization.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Her key skills include Project Management which is the most important one for her career and post management. She is also very skilled in being a scrum master, Managed Services, Risk Management, People management etc.
- She did not have experience in creating a team scratch as her current role is more focused on managing a project. But she has a managed a team of 10 people and they mainly handle all the project roll-out to make sure that the product is being rolled out perfectly
- She has experience working with multiple vendors and team, it is a project that they are setting up for their clients and has worked with numerous vendors and they have an in-house Engineers, and she must work with all those people to make sure that everyone was on the right track, and she sets all the meeting, and she also must bring them together.
- She has a strong Level 1 and Level 2 support application experience, and she has a strong ticketing system experience, and she does work hands and monitor and make sure that the server is all working and at the start of her career. She also makes sure that the issues that is being escalated to her are being troubleshooted.
6. She has experience using Jira and has been using it to track their task and also in tracking the timeline of their project to make sure that everything is on time and everyone in the team is on the same page. |
