He is working with a telecom company which is a global company he is working as product manager and involved in launching the products he works with multiple vendors and with the IT team and with the finance and service daily operations he also coordinates with the team to help them in launching the projects. He also worked with an insurance company and his role was senior program manager where he manages the IT infrastructure, and they were handling 11 countries and handled the IT landscapes with 11 countries and works with multiple vendors and internal teams and he presents business cases and manages the financial and do contract management as well.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is good and knowledgeable with IT infrastructure and has been working with that for 15 years and with application development and maintenance and he is also a PMP certified, and he is also Scrum Master and Agile certified and Microsoft and ITIL certified.
- He has managed a team size of 8-10 members maximum he has not done people management aspect of the work because they already have line manager for them. He has also provided inputs with their performance reviews.
- He doesn't have much exposure with database system because they don't have access to the database systems of the company.
5. At the start of his career, he has provided infrastructure Level 1 and Level 2 support and provided troubleshooting to the end-users to help resolve the issue. He has used and familiar with Jira and Confluence and has used it more often |
