1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His background is DWDM engineer supporting project operations, and L2 maintenance. He is currently working as a Chief Technical Manager responsible for the role out of project delivery within the contract agreement SoW and SLA to meet the KPI, technical resource management, work closely with project management department for maintain project delivery base on project target.
Previously worked as a Senior Optical Network Engineer responsible for designing optical network system's project, technical review of network design, project implementation, equipment upgrade, migration and swap, NE software upgrade, service and protection configuration, and shifting traffic.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is strongest in designing network, technical analysis for solving a problem and a leader to his project management team, and rates himself 4.5 out of 5. He came from customer facing role where he communicates directly on a technical level with customers and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) who are located at remote customer sites. He is also a CCNA certified with strong knowledge of NG-WDM: Huawei OSN 6800, CIENA 6500 NMS: Huawei T2000, U2000, Web-LCT, Optix Navigator, CIENA Site Manager, and CIENA MC.
His successful project was the system test and commissioning of SDH, NG-SDH, WDM, NG-WDM and Hybrid MSTP (Packet Transport) equipment and network. Implements preventive/corrective maintenance on satellite communications quipment and maintains records of maintenance and repairs of customer network.
