-
At XXX Asia Pacific he started as an IS Project Manager, where he administered systems integration between headquarter and Asia Pacific countries in Dynamic AX and POS systems, coordinated solution service provider for system upgrade and customization projects, and overall was responsible for ERP and POS implementation. He was then promoted to Asia Information System Manager where he is leading the business application team and then the business support function team.

Currently, he is business operation leader in the back office application focusing on finance solutions and supply chain. His role is kind of special in the fashion group, more in charge of systems integration across headquarter, Asia region, and external parties in Dynamic AX, invoice approval system, POS systems, e-commerce system, 3PL WMS, and HRIS systems.
-
He has many years of experience and good knowledge in SDLC and software development as a whole. He also closely worked with technical consultants to lay out objectives, timeline, and the whole project plan. Help in the implementation of the full project life cycle.
-
He thinks a good achievement of him and his team is that for XXX they did a good job of standardizing the solutions across the brands and across the markets. Right now working with seven branches, all of them using different systems in each headquarter. Beginning in Asia they standardized the APAC region mainly China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia.
