She studied Environmental Sciences but have not worked in that field and worked as a Customer Representative and they sold mobile accessories and gadgets and she in touch with customers from all over the world.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has a strong communication skill and she is also very knowledgeable when it comes to computer and she can also work well with team.
- She was directly in touch with many customers from around the world and that would be through the online chat that they had or on phone calls or emails. She would help the customers with their inquiries and other matters. She also has a background in establishing relationships with potential customers and clients and help convert them to be a customer/buyer.
Customer Service- She has been able to help a customer about a certain issue about a device and she was able to handle the situation and she was able to explain the rules about the return and warrantee policy. |
