Has 3 years of professional experience in Game Development but has been doing game development for about 6 years as a personal hobby. Last role was with XXXX as a Lead Game Developer. He was the only game developer/programmer in the company and the team consists of other artists such as 3D artists, level design artists, etc. He was responsible for leading the team and also developing a play to earn games using Unreal. They developed a custom vehicle system with fully customizable parts and features.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in Unreal Engine and C++, has been doing it professionally for about 2 years now. Rates himself 3-4 out of 5 in using it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2 years of professional experience in using Unreal Engine, and 6-7 months of non-professional experience in it. Also has some personal projects in Unity and C#. Strong with C++ and blueprinting skills in UE. Familiar with versioning and repository, using Github for that. Has experience in rendering, shaders, and lighting. Has built an entire game and was able to use all of these technologies.
