1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a System Support Engineer responsible for the major support of the POS in the market, WMS system, and migration projects. His role is in-house support providing more technical solutions to the customer.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in in-house support, providing support fulfilling the ISO requirement and rates himself 4 out of 5. Previously he performs migration together with the migration team from windows 10 to Microsoft 365. He also provides technical support to O365 end-users.
He has experience in Citrix VDI where he was an admin control responsible for controlling different server usage and setting up and remotely disconnecting the user in Citrix. He added he has end-user experience of SharePoint and no experience in the Azure backup however, he is familiar with the Symantec backup tool.
