- Has experience in handling Cisco Wi-Fi, Video conferences system and basic command to Cisco switches when he was with Harbourvest Partners. He does some trouble shooting, cabling installations and monitoring. Manage a team with two subordinates in Hong Kong and Japan with approximately 200 users (remote access). In APAC region they have a total of 5 people with 440 users. Is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA (2017). Has experience working in a retail for 2 years at Polo Ralph as a service desk specialist and support the 16 retail stores managing POS.
- With XXX his projects focus on office relocation and new office set up which involves networks. Also handled Cisco WIFI projects in APAC assisting less than 50 end users remotely. His role was more on managing IT budgets, roll out planning and contract management.
- With XXX since he works with auction houses, they normally have a very large scale of users where he set up the whole LAN around 200 people and monitor the real time auction system to do the bidding.
- He basically focuses on supporting Level 1 and Level 2 issues and he also provides support in their VIP users. In his current company he is reposting to their regional manager based in Singapore. He also does the IT survey to their end user to improve their services.
- He is strong in communication skills he even rates himself 4.5 out 5 since he is engage in communicating with different end-users, he needs to be good at it because sometimes the issue cannot be resolve because of the communication problem, the end-user and the technical person didn’t understand each other’s. That is why for him he can resolve the problem as soon as possible by providing appropriate questions and investigations.
