1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has been working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the past six years, starting in 2019 after graduating from his IT school in Tokyo. Initially, he began his career as a help desk analyst, a role he held for the first three years. During this time, he gained valuable experience in addressing IT-related issues and providing support to end-users. After that, he transitioned into a role as a systems administrator for one of the MSP's clients. In this capacity, he managed various IT requests, handled server maintenance, and oversaw network equipment upgrades and troubleshooting.
Additionally, he has been involved in migration projects, such as transitioning from Google services to Microsoft Cloud for clients. Most recently, he has taken on the role of a Technical Support Specialist and Desktop Support Engineer, where he primarily supports end-users with issues related to their PCs, including printing, Microsoft applications, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup. While his experience with RSA Secure ID is limited to assisting users in setting up RSA clients on their phones, he is eager to expand his skills in administration tasks for RSA. His expertise also extends to scripting and providing level 2 support for end-users.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
His strongest skills lie in coding and scripting, which have been integral to his role as a systems administrator and technical support specialist. He is proficient in writing scripts to automate tasks and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. His coding skills have also been crucial in assisting end-users with complex problems, such as customizing scripts for specific software requirements or handling configuration changes on the network. His ability to quickly learn and apply new coding techniques has allowed him to contribute significantly to projects, such as the migration to Microsoft Cloud, where automation played a key role.

3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
He has recently started exploring ITIL practices, as he encountered them frequently in job postings while searching for new opportunities. Initially unfamiliar with ITIL, he became interested in it and enrolled in a course to gain more knowledge. Though he has yet to complete the course, he has started implementing some aspects of ITIL in his current role, particularly in onboarding processes for new hires. This includes tasks such as creating user accounts, managing licenses, and registering new users. Additionally, he has experience working with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow, having used JIRA about five years ago for issue tracking and managing requests. This familiarity with service management tools complements his growing understanding of ITIL concepts, and he is eager to apply them further in his career.
