1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He has been undergoing a traineeship program for the past year, where he has been developing his skills in IT support and networking. During this time, he has pursued multiple industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+ (earned in January), Network+, Security+, and CCNA. Through this training, he has gained hands-on experience working with Linux environments, Windows systems, and Active Directory, as well as practical knowledge in routing and switching by creating his own Cisco virtual networks.
His background has provided him with a solid technical foundation, particularly in Level 1 support roles, where he can effectively troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Active Directory, and provide technical assistance to end-users. His experience with virtual network setups and various operating systems has also strengthened his ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues efficiently.
Currently, he is actively looking for an entry-level IT support position where he can apply his technical skills and training in a real-world environment.
