1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
She was born and raised in the Philippines, where she also completed her college education. After graduating, she returned to Japan and gained experience in various industries. Her professional career began when she started teaching English at XXXX. Later, she moved back to the Philippines for a time and joined XXXX as a Compliance Analyst, a customer-facing role where she assisted Japanese customers using Western Union’s services. She held this position for about two to three years before the team was dissolved.
Following that, she transitioned into the IT industry and worked at 3M as an IT Help Desk Analyst. In this bilingual role, she provided technical support to Japanese employees in Japan and occasionally assisted English-speaking users. Now that she has permanently moved back to Japan, she is eager to continue her career in the IT field and is actively seeking opportunities in this industry.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
She specializes in IT support and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft 365 (O365). She has experience working with VPN networks, mainframes, SAP, and Lotus Notes. Additionally, she is knowledgeable about authentication tools such as Microsoft Authenticator. Her expertise includes handling common IT issues such as network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and hardware or software troubleshooting, ensuring smooth system operations for end users.

3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
She has extensive experience in L1 support, serving as the first point of contact for users facing technical issues and ensuring that problems are either resolved efficiently or escalated to L2 support when necessary. Her background includes exposure to the finance industry during her tenure at Western Union, where she worked in a compliance-related role. She is also planning to pursue the ITIL Foundation certification to further enhance her knowledge of IT service management.
