She has been working in corporate roles, primarily focusing on IT, with bilingual IT support experience for the past two years. Additionally, she has experience as a bilingual PMO (Project Management Office), where she handled both translation tasks and project management responsibilities.
Her most recent role was as a Service Desk Analyst (Level 1 and Level 2) at a global investment company, where she was responsible for day-to-day user support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, access management, and Active Directory. She also has hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure as part of service desk operations.
Her expertise extends to supporting and managing IT infrastructure across a wide range of systems, including Windows 10/11, Google mobile devices, Android, and iOS devices. In her previous roles, she supported over 200 applications and was actively involved in updating and maintaining the knowledge base, creating technical documentation in multiple languages, and ensuring seamless client support.
