She also has hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure as part of service desk operations.
Her expertise extends to supporting and managing IT infrastructure across a wide range of systems, including Windows 10/11, Google mobile devices, Android, and iOS devices. In her previous roles, she supported over 200 applications and was actively involved in updating and maintaining the knowledge base, creating technical documentation in multiple languages, and ensuring seamless client support.

She has experience in account setup, user and privilege management, and troubleshooting issues related to networks, software, and hardware. Additionally, she has provided consistent support to users, addressing and resolving technical problems efficiently.
While she has not used Jira as a service desk tool, she has extensive experience with ServiceNow and Zendesk and has worked with custom-built systems on various platforms in her roles. Her ability to adapt to different systems and tools demonstrates her versatility and competence in IT support environments.
