Interview Assessment Notes
|
1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is half Japanese and half Brazilian, and she graduated from American University. With experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and loyalty nurturing strategies, she has worked both independently and in teams. She also has a strong background in project management, focusing on marketing and PR within the retail, hospitality, and IT industries.
In her recent role at XXXX, an IT company, she specialized in gamification CRM. Evolony provided an extension for the popular messaging app, Line, to help businesses, particularly retailers, enhance customer loyalty. One key project she worked on involved a gamified loyalty program for Echostore, where customers could scan a QR code in-store to receive a discount, with the result determined by a lottery. This campaign aimed to drive engagement and build a loyal customer base. Her role included negotiating and securing the collaboration with Echostore, managing the entire campaign, and producing media coverage to showcase the project as a case study for other potential clients.
Additionally, she worked closely with retailers to create compelling CRM strategies, with the goal of improving customer retention and acquisition. Her experience in both hands-on execution and strategic project management has allowed her to make significant contributions to the marketing and PR aspects of the campaigns she worked on.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She specializes in communications, with a particular focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and loyalty strategies. Her expertise lies in creating and implementing CRM initiatives, especially those involving gamification to enhance customer engagement. She is skilled at project management, particularly in marketing and PR campaigns, working with both teams and independently to execute successful strategies. She also has experience in negotiating partnerships with businesses, managing campaigns from start to finish, and securing media coverage to promote business success. Additionally, her ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, as well as her understanding of the retail, hospitality, and IT industries, further strengthens her expertise in communications.
3. Do you have XXXX (Key Criteria 1)? If so can you tell me more?
She has been involved in several CRM tools and systems throughout her career. For instance, she worked with Salesforce and Line, as well as built her own CRM system for a company that lacked one. She also has a strong background in managing marketing teams, including leading a team of six at XXXX, where she directly reported to the CEO. In addition to team management, she has experience coordinating campaigns across multiple locations, such as managing marketing efforts for a company with 40 stores in Tokyo, and working with over 300 staff members.
She also led and managed loyalty campaigns, contributing to a 30% repeat rate for customers in retail stores, showing her ability to drive customer loyalty and generate sales. Her expertise in project management extends beyond marketing, as she successfully managed the construction of a three-story apartment building in Brazil, overcoming challenges related to language barriers and coordinating local labor forces to ensure timely completion.
Additionally, she’s currently freelancing and managing her own customer base while exploring opportunities to expand her clientele and navigate the Japanese sales and marketing landscape with the support of her team.
