1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He completed his Computer Science in Engineering in India and worked in XXXX as a Software Engineer for about two years. He worked there in researching different sensors to decode and retrieve data using microcomputers, also with Python libraries that are compatible with different sensors. After that, he went to Japan and worked on XXXX under XXXX, as a System Developer where he was involved in different projects including IT projects, web application, and some robotic stuff; they mainly used Python, wrote many applications using microcomputers, and decode sensors as well. After that, he joined his current organization called XXXX as a Staff Application Engineer where he works on projects such as driver and camera monitoring system, he is responsible for evaluating the performance of the applications from the customer’s point of view, ensuring that both hardware and software are compatible and easy to use for customers. On a daily basis, he is doing demo of their applications, hardware boots to build applications, and presentation of product to clients as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his multilingual skills since he has been working in both English and Japanese medium; he never had any communication issue from clients/customers end and they are always satisfied with the performance of the products he has handled so far. On the technical side, he is proficient with C, C++, and have to write some Python scripts for evaluation as well. He has mostly worked on software development products, IoT, and sensors as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing support mainly during his first job and current job, so he’s well versed with field applications and technical support to clients/customers as well; has experience resolving tickets, giving solutions, and support them with other issues. Strongest with Python and also has experience with LiDARS during a small POC type of project he handled before and has definitely worked with sensors as well. He has bit of understanding with electronics systems since he’s working on the same company and sometimes have to understand the concepts of it as well but he is mostly working on the software side of things. Has experience pitching some demos or presentation to client and after that, have to support them as well when using the product/application already.
