1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He studied Computer Engineer in the USA and after graduation, he moved to Japan where he worked in a variety of roles including Field Applications Engineer, Digital Circuit Design Engineer, and recently as a Senior Logic Design Engineer for XXXX where he was primarily doing design, creating specifications, implementing, and then debugging; he also collaborated there with interfunctional and international teams from Japan, America, India, and China. Before this, he had a stint with XXXX as a Field Application Engineer where he was the main point person for lots of customer interaction; he would create lots of demo projects to promote their products to customers and also presented them during conferences. On top of that, he was responsible for creating manuals for customer use, and lots of small various roles where he created a custom hardware programs for customers and also did technical support whenever they are having any issues.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his adaptability skills, onboarding quickly into any role and learning new skills required by the company. On the technical side, he is strongest with digital logic design and is capable of doing embedded analog designs as well. He uses Python and Ruby for scripting, any object-oriented programming language he can pick up as well easily, and also uses Microsoft Office Suite for documentation purposes.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 6 years of experience now in field applications engineering and circuit design engineering; he hopes to go back to field application engineering roles in Japan preferably remote or hybrid. He is proficient with Python for scripting and is well versed with general sensor technology especially during his time with XXXX and XXXX. Recently, he’s been into digital circuits but can also work comfortably on analog circuits at this point. Industry-wise, he has great exposure to the semiconductor space for the last 4-5+ years now.
