1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX as a Staff Engineer where he created factory/floor plans for new machines and installations of machinery. He wanted to be a Mechanical Designer so he moved to Tokyo and joined XXXX as a Staff Engineer where he designed mechanical stuff such as special purpose printer, electric cars/vehicles, and battery exchange systems. He then join XXXX where he started as a Mechanical Designer then later on was promoted as Designer Manager/Group Manager where he designed sheet metal fabrication system and such. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Sales Engineer and Customer Support where he was focused with computer networks, diagnose systems, and introduced new technologies to the Japanese automotive market and parts manufacturers. He also was a Sales Engineer for XXXX where he was doing technical sales, import products from international market, and sell it locally in Japan. After few years, he started working with XXXX as an Application Engineering Manager where he supported and sold plasma system products, developed the process for customer’s application, and troubleshoot/did field service as well. Apart from that, he was a Project Lead for XXXX where he worked on civil aircraft engine products and worked as a Bridge Engineer between customers and engineers. He was also a Product Marketing Manager for XXXX and was a Field Application Engineer for Nippon where he supported cashless transaction terminals for vending machines, worked closely with sales team and negotiated settlement operators, and such. He also worked as a Project Manager for XXXX and was lastly a Technical Coordinator for XXXX where he managed translation of web pages and presentation for the company.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his skills and ability as a mechanical engineer and also his strength in customer support engineering for big group communication systems, from low-level to high-level. Apart from that, he has great technical support and field application experience from previous companies which he can leverage for this specific role.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 4 years of experience in doing technical support and same with field application engineering; he has been 6 years into automotive joining Isuzu previously. Not much knowledge and experience with Python yet since he’s more on hardware side of things and also will be interested to learn more about radar imaging systems and sensor technology. Familiar with analog and electronic systems, also has been into presales and post sales support activities for his past job.
