1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He graduated from Vietnam with Major in Automotive Technology and then moved to Taiwan for his Masters in Aerospace, also entered university in Japan for his PhD. He has been in and out of university for his studies so he has about 6 years of accumulated experience, more recently with XXXX as a Software R&D Engineer where he’s working on a product development for a software product related to data analytics for the semiconductor industries. He first joined them as a Senior Field Application Engineer but currently, he’s doing coding and development every day using Java and Python, database techniques, and also involved in the testing and optimization. Before this, he was with XXXX in Taiwan as a Field Application where he was in charge of Southeast Asia supervision, communicated with local engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time. He started his career with XXXX in Vietnam where he was doing project implementation of diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mobile vehicles. He also did a Postdoctoral Research in XXXX where he worked on autonomous robotics algorithm.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to build good connection with their customers even though he is a developer; he has good understanding of their requirements, frequently do calls with them, and also develop products based on their needs. Technical wise, he’s strong with algorithm development, mathematical and optimization; has developed models into a program and simulation previously.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has around 4 years of experience doing field applications and technical support from his first two companies and also started as a Senior FAE for his current company. He has been mostly in the automotive industry and this is also his educational background so he is knowledgeable with radar imaging systems, LiDAR, and sensor technologies in general. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in Python since he is mostly into Java recently and also familiar with both analog/digital circuit and electronic systems. Apart from that, he has been involved in presales, getting requirements and all, up to post sale where he had to support customers and clients.
