1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been extensively working for the automotive industry for the last 10 years, mainly on the development side of things, IVI function testing, and also worked on the marketing side. Currently, she’s with XXXX as a Development Support for their Automotive Diagnostic Tool where she mostly creates documents, diagrams, and frequently collaborates with stakeholders both from overseas and locally, suppliers from the automotive industry, and also knowledgeable on the technical terms. Her main role there is to submit specifications for issuance, work closely with engineering (both hardware, software) teams, support the equipment in terms of testing, shipping, and lastly does data analysis as well with diagnostic data. Before this, she was an Offshore Development Tool for XXXX as well where she was also supporting the development team for India and Japan. Most of her roles previously than this are Support, Project Lead/Management, FAE, and started as a Programmer during the earlier years of her career.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her ability to be involved with lots of people and stakeholders and communicate with them to create the product. Aside from that, she also has good communication skills and is able to convey messages between internal teams of engineers and the overseas companies/clients they have. On the technical side, she’s always comfortable working on the automotive industry, and also can easily learn/acquire any knowledge required for her roles. She can rate herself 3.5 out of 5 in general when it comes to the automotive industry, including her knowledge, skills, and experience.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about a year of experience when it comes to Field Application Engineering and has been working on the automotive space for about 10 years now. She has mainly done support for the development team and other internal teams for the past few years, mostly working on diagnostic tools.
