1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduation, she worked with XXXX as a System Engineer where she worked as an internal IT supporting internal servers, users, and overseas users as well. After that, she worked for XXXX as an IT Consultant where she managed and supported the maintenance of internal division servers, also supported new and existing customers from the IT business side. She then moved to XXXX as a Customer Support Engineer where she supported their customers with TV and Conferencing systems and also worked with XXXX as an IT Assistant Manager where she was responsible for the whole IT division and managed/supported their whole internal system such as firewall through servers, client, users, and managed Active Directory as well. Had a short stint with XXXX as an IT Engineer and worked with XXXX as well as the Helpdesk Engineer where she supported a server replacement project for their warehouse. After that, she moved to XXXX and worked initially as a Project Coordinator then later on was doing Floor Support where she supported their employees and internal users by incident ticket management. She is now with XXXX as an IT Analyst where she supports internal users, set up emulator servers or replacing servers, and supports internal projects as well such as replacement of laptops, desktops, and other peripherals; she also is doing L2 support and is involved with purchasing, coordinating with vendors.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her expertise in a wide area such as supporting servers and users, coordinating with vendors, and supporting projects as well. She also has great experience with conferencing systems and has exposure to project coordinating/management as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 10 years of experience in coordinating projects and about 20+ years of experience in doing IT Support/Helpdesk or Incident-related roles. She has experience working with the banking and financial industry as well, previously has worked with XXXX and XXXX, has supported mostly their internal users. She can also be proficient in both in-house and third-party applications, and has used mainly Cisco for helpdesk CMS and ServiceNow for the ticketing tool. She is a native Japanese so can speak Native Nihongo and is fluent in English as well.
