Has been in the IT industry for about 15 years now mostly doing networking, presales, and service providers. He is currently a Data Center Engineer at XXXX where he does engineering for networking in data center. Also do some designs for the specifications of their network within the data center. He is also very knowledgeable on servers alongside networking. He started doing mostly presales but later on his career, he transferred to more technical job, more on the implementation design side. In XXXX, they have the latest technologies, mostly virtualized and uses mostly automated systems. Before this, he has worked for several different companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in the networking and data center side. For networking, it is a broad area but he is focusing with the networking on the data center area. He is mostly familiar with racks in a data center, connecting lots of servers to a network and provision it using software defined networking specifically CISCO ACI. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in this area.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has about 7 years of experience in the data center environment. Strong and confident as well with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cable since he has done lots of connection and testing on it. Also strongly knowledgeable with Linux and CLI since it is huge part of his job. Had a CCNA before, way back 2016.
