Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is originally from Bangladesh and moved to Japan last 2020. His first work in Japan was with XXXX as a Data Center Engineer where he was responsible with servers, service racking, troubleshooting, and fiber cabling. And he is currently working now at XXXX as a Data Center Engineer as well where he is handling two data centers at the same time. He is in charge here for server directing and networking. They also have to do installation and run some Python scripts when working. They are maintaining about 500 servers per day and here in XXXX, they are also building their own data centers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be networking, cabling, and configuration and has some experience as well as a System Engineer/Administration. Can rate himself a 4/5 when it comes to networking and a 4/5 as well when it comes to data centers in general.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has around 5+ years of experience in the data center industry. Strong with fiber cabling and testing of optical fiber cables since this is what he mostly does in his current work and rates himself a 3/5 in it. Knowledgeable in Linux and CLI; also a Cisco CCNA Certified.
